Training
CampStead will install the CampManager system on to
your staff’s computer systems. All staff users will be
provided with their own user name and password and we
will provide full onsite training to your staff when
installation has been completed.
CampStead will ensure that your staff:-
- Fully understand all the features of
CampManager.
- Are fully conversant with the use and operation
of the system.
- Know who to contact if they have any issues with
the system.
Training will be carried out on site and we will
demonstrate the complete system to your staff and
explain to them how to use it. During the training Staff
will be able to, process bookings, create invoices and
take payments themselves on our training system.
All staff will be provided with their own User Guide
to the System, and this will be updated as new features
and enhancements are introduced to CampManager.
The system can go live immediately after the training
has been completed.
To ensure that your staff get the most from
CampManager we will monitor how new users, use the
CampManagement system and we will identify and provide
individual guidance and training to these users as
training needs are identified.
Back Up and Support
Whenever you have a query or a problem, CampStead are
available to make sure that it’s fixed fast. CampManager
is web based and we can quickly access your system to
view and identify the cause of your problem. We can make
any necessary changes remotely to resolve the problem.
CampStead provide a 12 mth back-up and support service
to ensure your CampManagement system is fully operation
to your satisfaction.
To ensure your on-site computer system is always
operational we take regular back ups of all bookings
managed through CampManager . In the event of
damage or loss to your on-site computer system
data CampStead can quickly restore this information to you
remotely with minimal disruption to your
business.
