Reports, Management Information & Statistics
CampManager will provide you with a range of
reports and detailed management
information relating to your park for any date range:-
- Number of caravans, campervans, motorhomes,
tents and RV's
- Number and nationality of visitors to your park
- Occupancy
rates for touring, tents or rental accommodation units
We can provide you with booking
trends which will compare and analyse when bookings were
made during the year, their duration and where the
bookings came from. This could influence when and how you spend your
advertising budget.
CampManager also has a simple search feature,
which allows you to enter a date and the system will
produce an Activity Report which details:-
- all bookings made on the selected date
- a list of all invoices generated on the
date
- details of all payments made on the date
and how they were made, cash, cheque or card etc.
Accounting
CampManager provides you with a detailed
accounts system which allows you obtain income details for any date
range. The system will allow you to enter a specific day
or a date range and this will generate a simple report
on the total income collected and how the payments were
made. You can also query the total of all invoices
created in that date range. Simply select the start and end dates required from a
drop down menu, and your report is presented.
The
information provided in summary form for :
- payments - it will
records the total amount of
the payments and details how made, Card, Cash,
Cheque etc, essential for reconciling payments for
bank lodgements..
- Invoices - it will show total sum's of all
invoices generated, broken down to Nett, Gross and
Vat amounts..
A detailed list of all individual Payments and all
invoices for any date range can be viewed by selecting
the View option.
The accounts system is very useful when completing
vat returns, as it not only breaks down the total
Vat invoiced during a specific period, but it also
provides a break down of the different Vat rates charged
in that period.
Nominal codes and product codes can be set up through
CampManager allowing you to obtain a breakdown of
turnover by business sector. You can
quickly and easily identify the income
generated from a particular area of your business over a
specific time period, site fees, rates,
electricity, rental and touring income etc. This
information is very useful and could influence
your decision on further capital investment.
