Initial Set-up and Installation
Once you have decided to install the CampManager
System, we will provide you with a detailed
specification of the system that we have agreed to
develop for you, and the time
scales involved in setting it up.
We will undertake a site visit and consultations with
yourself and the site staff, to fully understand your
business.
Once your Management system has been completed and
your site map finalised, we will contact you to arrange a
suitable date and time to install CampManager on your
computer systems. We would normally complete the
training on the same day as we do the installations.
Suited to Your Tariffs and Pitch Characteristics
The distinctive feature of CampManager is that it is
customised to suit an individual Caravan Park or
Campsite’s unique requirements. CampStead is
able to create for you a booking system which will
replicate your current method of charging for rental
units or touring sites.
To enable CampStead to set up your system so it will select the most suitable site for
a camper and calculate accurately the correct charge
based on the services provided, we will :-
- Identify individual characteristics for each
of your sites, detailing their properties in full –the
size of the site and if it is suitable to take single axel /
double axel caravans, RV's and tents, if it can
accommodate an awning. Is the site hard or soft standing,
sunny or shaded, close to facilities etc. And what
services are provided to each site , water, electric, 10 and
16amp etc.
- Spend time with you and your staff
to understand the way you currently charge for a stay on
your Park. This could be priced by: site or size of
site, by the number of people, adults and children, or
type of accommodation, awning or not, different
seasons with minimum nights stay throughout the year, electricity, gas, water and pets as extras, OR
it could
be a combination of all of the above.
New Season Pricing & Holiday Dates
As part of our commitment to provide ongoing quality
customer service, CampStead will:-
- Set up your new season tariff rates
- Add any new extras and update the pricing for
extras
- Reset your opening & closing dates and your
season dates
- Set up Bank Holiday dates and apply your minimum stay dates
- Have a review of all your pitches and the
facilities provided
If you wish to make any changes to your CampManager
system during the year, please contact us and we will
make them for you.
Special offers
Most business will offer discounts at certain times
of the year to attract new business and increase income. Marketing these special offers through your website
is the most efficient and cost effective way to target
your customers as it can be done quickly and with
minimal cost.
CampStead will work with you to design the most
effective "Special Offer" for you business. These
can be set up to apply to all bookings or just to those bookings made online through your
website.
Special Offers and Discounts include:
- 10% off Bookings made online
- 7 nights for the price of 6
- Book before the start of April and get £50 off.
- Book 7 Nights or more and receive 15% discount
