CampManager is a web-based management system that allows you to manage all your bookings efficiently and easily through any computer with internet access.

CampManager operates off one platform allowing staff to check availability in real time, and take bookings and card payments from multiple locations simultaneously without the worry of over booking or duplications.

The management system will:-

  • Allow staff to check availability in seconds, create bookings and take payment.
  • Automatically calculate the full holiday costs, based on your pricing policy, taking into consideration Low, Mid and High seasons rates, numbers in the party, pets, awnings, electricity, etc and any extras, for example, insurance.
  • Identify and select the most suitable and optimum site based on your search criteria, for example, a large site with 13 amp electricity, capable of taking an awning and near facilities.
  • Automatically produces booking confirmations and receipts for customers.
  • Allow booking confirmations, site rules, terms & conditions and other information to be sent by email  to customers immediately when a booking has been made.
  • Send a confirmation text message to the customer once the booking has been made.
  • Let customers check availability online through your website, and proceed to make a booking and payment online, for all touring and rental accommodation.
  • Show you at a glance how busy the Holiday Park is and help you plan the weeks ahead with weekly and monthly views.
  • Increase utilisation through improved site and unit optimisation, minimising wasted nights and increasing revenue.
  • Allow you to collect payment in full, and  in advance, increasing revenues and reducing the number of no-shows to the Park.
  • Process secure payments directly into your bank account and provide you with complete control and visibility.
  • Enable you to set different user access levels for members of staff, depending on their experience.
  • Provide you with customised reports, statistics and management information.

On checking availability, CampManager will not only provide a list of available units and costs for the selected accommodation, but will also provide alternative dates, accommodation and costs all from one screen. This allows you to provide your customers with a choice of flexible dates and accommodation.
