Barrier Access System
CampStead can be integrated with your Security
Barrier Access System, and we can provide campers with
their own unique Pin Code at the time they make their
booking. The Pin Codes generated are then validated by
the Barrier system. The Pin Codes are set up so that
they are only activated on the camper’s arrival date and
they will expire on the departure date.
The Pin Codes only allow camper’s access to your Park
and facilities for the duration of their stay.
Campers are advised of their Barrier Pin Code
automatically when their booking is made. Details of
their Pin Code and the operating instructions for the
Barrier System are contained in their Booking
Confirmation which is emailed or texted to the camper at
the time of making their booking.
All pin codes are recorded under the Customers
Booking Summary in CampManager.
This system can save you valuable time especially
during busy time as it considerably speeds up the check
in process, and eliminates the need for taking and
returning deposits for security fobs. Also as the Pin
Codes are only activated for Holiday Dates , campers
will not have access to you Park after their stay has finished.
